Kitchen Xchange Pty Ltd provides a 30-day warranty period, with all products on our website carrying a manufacturer’s guarantee. If you believe that the product is faulty within the period of guarantee, please contact us with your proof of purchase. Once the product is received we will make contact with the supplier and have the product inspected for any faults.
Product and Services
We offer free shipping* to all Australian destinations for orders over $100.00 on Standard Delivery. It’s important to remember that:All shipping charges cover parcels up to 20kg (cubed) in weight. Any orders which exceeds 20kg (cubed) weight will incur additional shipping charges. This includes ‘free shipping’ parcels that exceed 20kg. In the event that your order exceeds this weight a member of the Kitchen Xchange team will make contact via email or telephone.
Express shipping charges will apply for all Express Delivery orders, regardless of value.Some areas in rural and remote parts of the country will attract additional shipping charges. Areas that may incur these charges include: Western Australia; locations more than 100km from Perth; South Australia, areas more than 100 km from Adelaide, Northern Territory; Queensland; much of western Queensland; and any islands.
